We cook traditionally which is what we can do best. Most of our guests want to eat their favourite foods from Vienna and Austria with a bit of seasonal variety in between. Our Viennese Schnitzel, in the original version made from veal of the finest quality, is the Landtmann classic. We serve our juicy Beef Goulash with its typical accompaniments of "Serviettenknödel" – bread dumplings – and "Salzgurkerl" pickled gherkins. We also serve boned and fried chicken and of course "Tafelspitz" boiled beef as tender as a love poem. This is the reason why many international guests also come to us. We also keep up with the times which means you can also find fine vegetarian dishes on the Landtmann menu.
